Good Bye Goodness

This little guy right here has been my love for many many years. Ever since I was little I have been obsessed with Oreos. Back in the day when my Mom switched to Sam's version of Twist and Shout's it just wasn't the same. This has been a staple on my grocery list as well. Well now after a very long relationship, I am saying good bye to my frenemy, until I am back down to my pre pregnancy weight. The workouts are going good, but the weight isn't coming off. I think it might have something to do with the three Oreo cookies and cup of milk I have every night after my kids are asleep. That's 210 calories for the cookies, and another 100 calories for my 1% milk. That's basically 30 minutes of cardio I have to do for maybe 5 minutes of pleasure. So I'm breaking up with the Oreo. I will miss all of that creamy chocolaty goodness. The sacrifices we make to have babies I swear.

It's Over

We had a fun Halloween. The funnest part is getting all dressed up. My Mom was hilarious, Jeanie was super scary, and we were super camo'd(sic) out. We're already looking forward to next Halloween. James will be here and then we can really have us a party.

My excitement that Halloween is here is bursting out of my body. I love love Halloween. I love Halloween because it's a day you can forget who you are and have full license to be anything else. Also, it reminds me of my wonderful family. We always loved Halloween. Today is my sweet brother James' 21st birthday. Happy Birthday James. Can't wait until you come home. Only three more months.

Jolie's Blessing

What a day. I wish I wouldn't make it so stressful and I could enjoy it more. That will be my goal for my other kids. Enjoy the actual blessing more, and don't worry so much about all the other stuff. It was a wonderful but exhausting day. That is the only time when I wasn't so thrilled at having 8:00 church. Thanks to all who were able to come. It meant a lot to us.

It's Gone

Before Jolie was born I said that I was going to shave her hair if she had any. Jayden's fell out in weird places and it was not cute. We would look back at pictures of him and wonder why we thought he was so cute. So we said we weren't going to let that happen to Jolie. After much deliberation on my part, none on Matt's because he is wise and knows that it will be for the better, we decided to shave her hair. I literally almost cried. It's just hair right? I was so worried that she was going to be scarred from the experience of her parents shaving her hair off when she was only 8 weeks old. With that said, we did it and I actually think she looks cute without all of her hair. Hopefully she'll thank me when she has beautifully thick hair.

HELP!!!

I need help trying to decide if we should shave Jolie's hair off. It's not quite ugly yet, but we don't want it to get to the ugly falling out stage. Give me your opinion. I can't decide. Here is a picture of her without a bow so you can see what her hair looks like as of now.

More Jolie

Our sweet dolly Jolie Kate turned 7 weeks yesterday. She is getting bigger and chubbier and I am loving her little roles and how she is filling out. She's an amazingly good baby. I feel spoiled because she has been so good. Here are some pictures of her @ 7 weeks. She still has her hair for now but we'll see if it decides to fall out, or if I decide to shave it off.
